An ominous fog rolls in, the presence of those beyond the veil near more than ever this coming moon.. yōkai, mononoke, yūrei, the inevitable parade of a hundred demons is upon us.

"Greetings, mortals.. Or fellow supernatural folk. Welcome to the Hyakki Yagyō. You have a job this evening, and that job is to entertain our most rambunctious hosts; the Yokai."
SEEK YOUR MAP
Find Tetsuro Wulf for a special map. Upon this map, there are marked locations of potential yokai encounters. Through this map, you will seek them out.

Travelling merchants & Onmyoji
On your way to each encounter, be mindful of Other mischievous yokai skulking about. It's advised you wear a mask so you're less likely to be eaten by wandering Mononoke... They may not stop you, but you may find your pockets lighter or heavier than they were prior!
There is no specific order to doing these interactions. Go where you please and what interests you the most! Do as many or as few as you wish. You may even come across some traveling merchant carts!
Once you are finished with your map, feel free to wander about! Though it should be close to tale time! Make sure to not get lost and keep your mask ON. Onmyoji will be there to guide you if you are worried.

Those who wish to participate in the main event must see Tetsuro for their special map.✲ 11:15 : The Tale of A Hundred Demons: Listen to a thrilling and traditional kabuki-esque telling of the hyakki yaygo.✲ 11:30 : The Gathering of the Night Parade : Stick close to everyone. Otherwise, you may be inflicted by yokai shenanigans or cursed!✲ 12:00 : The End!

ENTERTAIN THE YOKAI!
Eggcellent
Extremely dangerous, but will behave (because Tetsuro has gotten on his good side). Will be smuggling leech eggs in people's belongings during the event, just to entertain himself and spread his brood across Hydaelyn. Some might hatch prematurely, however…
Irksome Igabō
A mischievous Igabō has been seen prowling around the grounds, pelting unsuspecting victims with burr chestnuts. It is said that if you shout “No no Igabō!” and bat the yokai with a branch, he will drop his nuts and scurry off.
Trickery or Treat
Native to this area are the mischievous tanuki, who take pride in partaking in trickery against mortals. One such tanuki appears to be distressed and toting around a much younger tanuki, both of whom claim they're being bullied by a 9-tailed kitsune, and may need help turning the tides.
Wheel of (Un)luckiness
A fox with a wheel, turns the wheel and discover your fate. Will luck be in your side or will you be curse for a time.
An Oni's Brew
An oni has appeared within Kugane! One that looks rather stumped. With a set of gourds filled with sake, he wishes for... taste tests. To tell him which brew is best. Curious mortals will be requested to take a single gourd and gorge upon the sake within. Though one should be careful! While relatively harmless, one may leave a different person than how they arrived~!
Tamashi no Daishou
Mysterious Twin Deities (Sei and Shin) who wish nothing more than to play. Their game is Tamashi no Daishou, or 'Soul Toll,' for which they will bestow blessings and boons upon mortals—should fate be in their favor. They play a game of chance and instinct. Some may be fortunate while others may become the poor recipients of mischief. All in good fun, though!

Akai Ito - Red Threads of Fate
Couples and hopeful singles may pull at the strings from the Enmusubi's Eye. Both roll /random 9, unveiling their compatibility. Those with a crush may pull a thread to learn if the one they admire is right for them. Both the Eye and Admirer will /random 9 to determine this.
Haku You Go!
THe start of the parade begins with...!A pompous rich man gets separated from his entourage at a busy market and is exceedingly unaware of the haunting evening he is about to find himself in. He will soon encounter the dreaded night parade of a hundred demons. Poor Haku attempts to flee and then is spirited away, thus joining the ranks of the parade, albeit, unwillingly..

Mortals beware the possibility of being spirited away. By joining to the parade, you subject yourself to the presence of Mononoke. do your best to keep your mask and follow the trail until our otherworldly friends are satisfied.
At each stop, participants must anticipate an action that will require you to beat a certain threshold. Should you not beat it, the parade lead shall bestow upon you the result of your lower roll.. pay special attention throughout the parade!
